UCLA Student Tazed by LAPD in library

I don't know much about this story so I will not comment, but this was disturbing enough to post. Maybe the guy was looking at child pornography or had made a terrorist threat. Those are the only two instances that make the use of the tazer justifiable.

Scary.

Update: The guy being tazed is Mostafa Tabatabainejad and he is being tazed by LAPD Officers, this can't be good at all. Especially with all the criticism coming down on the LAPD in the last couple of months. Plus the added issue that Mostafa Tabatabainejad seems to be of Middle Eastern descent. Here is the CNN article.
